Hey Tommy J, the next time you start an arguement on your little anti-Trek crusade, try and come up with your own arguement instead of rephrasing from someone else and claiming it as your own. ;)

Just to explain the "Don't ask don't tell" thing that a few people seem to be against; it's actually a good thing because when they did your yearly evaluations they used to be able to ask you if you were gay (they didn't quite put it that way, but the question was clear). Don't ask don't t...

Tommy J, I'd really appreciate it if you wouldn't referance my thread at SCN while taking swipes at Star Trek. You say it's just same old rehashing, but my project was meant to adress a lot of the gripes people had about ENT and, as you can see by the first post, has been going for some time. If you...

The justification may be questionable, but it is at least a step back from the raging hypocrisy of banning the sale of XXX or even softcore nudie magazines to minors while giving them free rein to play any hyper-violent or sexual videogame they like. I can see and understand this. I don't know, I'd...

Nonsense; all you have to do is levy massive fines against people who sell videogames to minors, and then do the occasional sting operation. Fear will keep the locals in line. Yes, nothing like keeping the poor minions in line with what we think is right for them. Paternalistic laws are a...

It would be useless in that it would be next to impossible to enforce (somewhat like cohabitation and sodomey laws a lot of states have on the books). Paternalistic laws are always bad. In this case it basically means the government is given one more responsibility it shouldn't have. Hey, the govern...

It would hurt in that it would be yet another useless, paternalistic law on the books.

Exactly. Parents need to start taking responsibility is what needs to happen. That's why they put the ratings on the box or even have the rating system to begin with. I really wish people would quit putting more and more parental responsibility on the government.

Well, here goes nothing then. This is a script based fan fiction that is planned to have a full seven seasons with 26 episodes each. Feel free to head on over to the temp flash website we have up for it and look around. All scripts are .rtf's and are zipped. Currently we are in our first season, wit...

I don't suppose anyone would mind me posting a link for a script-based fan-fic I did (along with others) here, would they? :?
