Re: Life's too Shiort- Deleted song From Frozen
No, what I mean is, in the deleted song, Anna was foisting the gloves on Elsa, making the whole 'coming out' metaphor that Frozen seems to have more plain, with Anna telling her to go back to what she was by handing her the gloves to put on, pretending and hiding, and not being herself, whereas in ...

Back in 3.0, I played a Monk. Splatbooks were allowed, as were certain rules fudging for allowances, like not requiring specific faction allegiances, since they didn't exist in universe. Said Monk was prestiged a Sacred Fist. So he had his Wisdom to Attack and Damage, in addition to his AC. Thanks t...

Re: DragonBall Z abridged
The reason a lot of English-language anime consists of the characters just standing around talking is because the Japanese version was already cut to within an inch of its life to get past American censors. I'm told they cut the hell out of Yu Yu Hakusho and Rurouni Kenshin . No. The reason a lot o...

Revelations is going to take place in Istanbul, so I was wondering if they would do China? I personally want them to cover the War of Spanish Succession, the Reign of Louis XIV. He would have made a believable Templar On a side note, I want a female protagonist for once. It's been to much of a dude...

Re: "The Thing" Prequel Trailer Up
Edit: I just checked IMDB, and they say that this is actual title, and also that it is allegedly a prequel, but I still think it is more a substitute, for today's movie-goers, for original movie. The claim that they couldn't think up a new title sounds weak to me. Well, what title could they give i...

I am a bit unsure how that works. For one, her name is redacted and according to the comic, she was old enough to both have a police record and to be pronounced dead. Do you mean the test question? That just asks if anyone would file a police report if she went missing. And the Bring Your Daughter ...

MST3K and Rifftrax are not trying to make serious criticisms. They are not reviewing the films. They are snarking them. You keep trying to retreat into the defense of 'It's comedy!' Asiduo, but simply being comedic doesn't mean it's not also a review. Guess what, RLM's reviews are presented and labe...

If there is one area i would like to have explored in the Fallout Universe outside of North America, it would be China. This was the big antagonistic force that the US went to war with. I remembered reading something on the Fallout Wiki about a new chinese empire in a scrapped game idea, but i am s...

You can do a quick SMARTS test to the HD using the Crystal Disk Info program. More if they should be taken seriously at all. Asiduo and Emerson think he made salient points against TPM and think those should be taken seriously, but that everything that turns out to be bullshit when exposed to any scrutiny was obviously a joke, absolving it of all stupidity. One of my favorite mecha pilots ever was Garrod Ran from Gundam X, an option 2 who thought he was an option 5, only to realize he was a 5 for the small pond of mercenary stuff he'd been doing for most of his childhood (Post Nuclear War esque scenario, a lot of the western world is basically the wild...

It also shouldn't take 70+ minutes to review the movie, either, but RLM did. And then people started taking the reviews seriously. Comedy purposes vs angry pseudo-intellectual refutation. Both sides of the argument lead to the same conclusion. It also shouldn...

I have an idea. Age Ani up. Have US meet him at age 14-15. But have Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan meet him much younger. Introduce him as being a former slave whose mother basically scrimped and saved and sacrificed her own freedom to buy his so he could go and join the Order, where he trained under Qui-Gon, ...

You don't have to remove him from the suit per say. The front panel deserately needs armor plating of some kind (cortosis perhaps) and the cybernetic limbs should be replaced with something more potent, giving Vader increased mobility. Caterpillar tracks? Maybe we can replace the arms with a cannon...
