US Army doctors do not go through combat training. They get directly commissioned as Captains, and get basically enough training as to be able to put on their uniform, and give orders to enlisted medical personnel. They don't necessarily learn how to shoot a gun, unless they do it on their own time...

I just finished my first playthrough tonight, and most of my gripes are the same ones I'm seeing here. Here's hoping it's closer to the original series and Plus than to 7 and Zero, though if they just keep out anything remotely close to Basara and Spiritia they'll be good to go.

Oblivion, no contest. Not as buggy as Two Worlds, more visually appealing et cetera, ad nauseum. Two Worlds isn't a bad game, 'specially considering it's the studio's first title, but if you want the most out of your money, you're better off getting Oblivion.
