No, its a Delta. The heavy barrel with the carrying handle attached directly to the base of the barrel (the E3 has a mount on the reciever just forward of the rear sight). The bipod assembley on the Delta was also bulkier and more towards the front of the barrel (as shown in the picture). Also, not able to see in the pic, the gas system was singular with a plug that only worked in one position when the E3 plug would work no matter which end you insert first.
To firer automatically or remotely, they'd have to have some mechinism hooked up to the sear assembly in the pistol grip or replace the current sear assembly with another one with a remote firing system. I see neither so firering the thing remotely or automatically has to be done by 'fairy dust'.
