On which track is the music used when Anakin is walking up the steps of the jedi temple with clone batallion in toe?
It's not a part of Anakin's Betrayal or Anakin's dark deeds, and I've been having a hard time find it by randomly clicking on it.

That's from Attack of the Clones soundtrack (second to last track not counting the bonus track), the unused arena beasts music IIRC. I don't think that's a re-orchestration. The sound people were likely ordered to tack it onto the ROTS scene from the original recording 3 years earlier.
If you're familiar with the original music, you'll find that during the Jedi Temple scene, the music skips back (like a broken CD) a second or two somewhere along the scene slightly deforming the music piece. Probably to get it the exact length for the scene.
