these are two chef knives from work, after 4 months



even sharpened and well maintained the tip is easy to break. Actually the damage on the one two the right is just the result of the weight of the knife on the cutting board over months. The one on the left was broken opening a bag of cheese by stabbing rather then use one of our serated knives to saw the cheese.

now remember this the next time you see halloween or scream.

and yes this is misleading as these are both Sysco knives, which break if you look at them cross eyed.
