Easter weekend getaway!

Nearing the breakdown of sanity from the stresses of parenthood (you parents will know what I mean), Rebecca and I dumped the kids with my parents and went away for a night.

It looks really grainy, but I wasn't really interested in monkeying around with the camera's ISO and exposure settings. I just left it on "Auto" and turned off the flash because she tends to blink when I use the flash.

See what I mean?

Luckily, I was able to get a few decent shots with the flash on. It helps when she's in a well-lit part of the room and I bounce the flash off the ceiling.

Anybody else do anything for Easter?

PS. 2 kids and 15 years of marriage, and she still has a model figure. There are times when I realize that I must have lined up twice when they were handing out good luck allotments in life.

We could have done with a night out as well but alas, my parents were too busy what with getting ready to have abunch of people over for Easter dinner.

We did have a nice intimate time in bed lastnight after the kids fell asleep early though

If that's a serious question, we got it at a sex shop which sold toys and lingerie. I believe it's made by a company called "Leg Avenue". It's stretchy, so it conforms to the shape of the wearer.

On a side-note, I'm starting to understand why women spend so much time shopping for clothes. This is one of the only dresses Rebecca has which actually fits her body. It's amazing how ill-fitting most womens' clothing seems to be; many of Rebecca's clothes make her look like she has much less of a figure than she actually has. They're always baggy in the wrong places, or too tight in the wrong places. I don't know who the fuck they model the clothes on, but it seems almost impossible to find a dress that actually fits her properly. The nice thing about this one (although it's a bit too risque for public wearing) is that it's a flimsy piece of stretch fabric so it just stretches to fit her exactly.
