The boy clearly does not want his ears.

Seriously, with even a historically mild 30-40 pound bow would remove his ears and gash his face in a very nasty way. And I recall that the "proper" warrior bow was around 100 pound strenght.

Nah. He shot a few arrows the length of 1-3 basketball courts actually.

(He was another volunteer photographer, and a real prick, his comments on the stuff I uploaded was "Well, he had a really good camera, and his stuff is boring and didn't use light or angles" - Yeah, fuck you too buddy )

Hopefully in a more proper way than what you photographed.

And shooting arrows over a long range isn't that impressive really, especially if you use the right angle (45 degress I think?).
