The problem with the arms is that they're a bit too short.fingers should finish about halfway down the thigh.

Pretty cool.

Suggestions:

1) Instead of lengthening the arms, lengthen the torso from the belt line up. It looks like his belt is around his belly rather than sitting at the waist like it should. His torso seems too short. This will fix the arms, too.

EDIT: Ok, seems to be better in the 2nd version, but arms still look a little funky.

2) Reduce the size of his head. It looks disproportionately large.

3) I kind of liked the puffy pants...don't they look like that in the movies? I know the uniformes are meant to model German WW2 uniforms, and officers did have pants that "puffed out" above the knee.

4) Add some more character features to his face. Afew lines around the eyes and mouth would make him look more "natural."

one minor nitpick, the only Imperial we have ever seen with 4 code cylinders is Grand Moff Tarkin. He should only have 3 of them.
