That's not an easy maneuver, but it's really nothing exceptional. It would also appear that the rear wheels have partly smashed through the roof, so don't get too hyped up on the precision.

I believe they did it by reducing the collective to rear rotor. I have to tell you something everything I wrote above is a lie.
Then again, a Blackhawk would probably have just landed flat on the roof, not having rear doors, and all.
