That's not an easy maneuver, but it's really nothing exceptional. It would also appear that the rear wheels have partly smashed through the roof, so don't get too hyped up on the precision.

That's not an easy manouver when conditions are perfect. I would place it akin to backing up a bus into a compact car parking spot. that guy needs a medal. Than he needs to be billed for the roof.

I believe they did it by reducing the collective to rear rotor. I dont think it is possible to duplicate this on a single rotor helicopter.

Then again, a Blackhawk would probably have just landed flat on the roof, not having rear doors, and all. (Not LANDED LANDED, just touched so the gyus could clamor in. had they landed, its likely they would have completely gotten friendly with the ground floor.
