My former employer is having a contest at designing a new "Diversity Council Logo" Anyway, could anyone offer some advice, for general ideas? I have no idea what to try and make. Anyone familiar with the PC bullshit of corparations and diversity? The memo partly reads, :
We are in the process of redefining Remedy as an employer of choice and employer of all people [all people as in blacks and hispanics]. We woud not be where we are today without our diverse workforce of valued associates and colleagues [ex-gangbangers].
We would like to invite all to participate in a logo contest to design the most representative logo for our drive to celebrate our diversity in our associates, colleagues and clients with Courtesy, Dignity, and Respect.

Trouble is, while these are all good ideas (ok, maybe not Mayabird's ), I just don't like this diversity idea in general. It's like, they're a place of business, not a community outreach center (and in case anyone starts thinking I'm rascist towards minorities, I'm hispanic). But, thanks for the help everyone.
