Hey, I think Carmack is a pretty fine piece of ass myself. But then, I've always been attracted to those with large brainsDarth Utsanomiko wrote:I'm going to ignore your vague reference/insinuation for now, and simply sit here, look pretty, and know better than everyone else. The Kernel wrote:Going to be coding any first person shooters in the near future Utsanomiko? I've designed FPS, though.
What do you look like? (take 2)

Nothing a good shower, 2 minutes of blow-drying while running my fingers through my hair, and a clean shave couldn't fix. Laugh it up, fuzzball.
I think I kinda miss the scruffy look a bit now, though...
P.S. Good luck on the X-prize...

I have almost reached the regrettable conclusion that the Negro's great stumbling block in his stride toward freedom is not the White Citizen's Counciler or the Ku Klux Klanner, but the white moderate, who is more devoted to "order" than to justice; who constantly says: "I agree with you in the goal you seek, but I cannot agree with your methods of direct action"; who paternalistically believes he can set the timetable for another man's freedom; who lives by a mythical concept of time and who constantly advises the Negro to wait for a "more convenient season."

I had to do a Google search just to figure out who the fuck Ein and The Kernel were talking about.
I do *not* look like John Carmack. And considering just how many times I've posted pics of myself here, it's a bit retarded that somebody waits untill now to make a stretched connection.
I'll tell you when Doom III (aka 'Doom, Heretic, Hexen, and Quake all over agian, with even less new/intertesting ideas this time') is coming out; if I had my way, it'd be cancelled and it's graphics engine sold off. Even *if* I looked like Carmack (wow, we've got glasses. How uncanny), I wouldn't ascociate myself with such a creativly-devoid project.
Animosity and rasberries onto the both of you, you near-sighted jackanapes.

The resemblance is at best extremely superficial; a hang-up on features picked up through casual glance. Long hair and glasses, again, la-di-da.The Kernel wrote:You DO look like John Carmack, just not John Carmack 2003 edition. You look more like 1993 Carmack.

1) You are absolutely no fun.
2) Hack? Let's look at Mr. Carmack's resume shall we?
A) Invented modern 3D gaming
B) Invented the First Person Shooter
C) His Team Armadillo is favored to win the X-prize for being the first civilians in space
Gee, if he's a hack then what the fuck is a success in your book

1) Jokes are only funny if you don't have to force/stretch them to work. I'm fun, but not when it involes misrepresentation.
2) As far as his modern success in gaming goes, he hasn't done anything of note in the last decade, as he and Romero have been basically turning out the exact same game over and over. That's a hack in my book.
3) You should have taken my animosity and rasberries and dropped this all back then. Dragging it on just makes it look like you can't accept the notion that your joke isn't working. No matter how much we keep clarifying eachother, it's not going to be funny or accurate. Sorry.
(I could have posted the pic of me giving the bird, but I thought I'd just compare faces without that)

I absolutely agree, you have a far more feminine look to you, almost like an anime character.

I agree with David, David (Spanky), and Yuri, on several of the previous points. Being labled a bishonen or even just Kensuke is not only funnier, but more accurate.
And to yet another David: So you say my eyes are vacant enough compared to Carmack, but not enough to temporarily lighten my hair and dress up as Anakin Skywalker from Ep. Bah, rabble rabble rabble.
