I haven't been terribly into it (got frustrated with one of the single-player escort missions and haven't really picked it back up yet) although a couple of weeks ago I hopped onto a Q4 deathmatch server and pwned a whole litter of nublets.

I think it does because the shortcut bar autohides. It's like a Start Menu I can just mouse over.

Also, all of those shortcuts (well, except one, and that one I use frequently in conjunction with the SE4 games I'm in) are programs, not random text documents or videos or other miscellaneous media.

Hey, I actually have a folder called "Unused Icons" cause I'm too lazy to get rid of programs I don't use :oops:
I used to have a folder called "random shit" but then I decided to keep my language clean since our son is learning to read ;)

I cleaned up mine before I posted, and all your desktops are super-clean compared with what mine was like.

At 1280x1200 resolution I had so many icons they went off the edge of the screen. That was bad, even for me heh.

I do believe it's the HMS Cambden Lock. I'll take a Rich Tea, for dunking.

And it's usually due to filesize. If it're more than xKB, Photobucket re-sizes it. the 'Save for Web' option is your friend

And what, pray tell, is wrong with that, Mrs Kendall? Granted, it's not something I would use but Lin for one would probably love it. And I rather like the laptop one myself.

The "Miss Spiders Sunny Patch Friends" one is just not fitting in with the spaceship crap everyone else has, you do the math :roll: :P
I know Lindar would love it but unfortunatly she's not online much during the summer and she'll probaby miss this thread by a million miles.
