I did... sort of. I mentioned Poledouris and linked to his opening of Conan the Destroyer. The soundtrack for Barbarian is some of my favorite music for any occassion.

In fact, just about anything by Poledouris would make great music to accompany your conquering.

From Conan the Barbarian the music, where they sneak into Thulsa Dooms Mountain Fortress and the final battle at the graveyard.

Also from Schwarzenegger-movies the Terminator-Soundtrackand Totall Recall.

From Metallica "Call for Chulthu" and "No Meat Clover".

From Queen "Gimme the Price" (Highlander - The Kurgan's Theme).

StarWars: TradeFederation and Imperial March.

Tchaikovsky's Marche Slave.
The Panzer Lied!
The Luftwaffe Marsch.
Wagner's Entrance of the Guests from Tannhauser. You have to skip to around :50 to get to the good stuff.
Shostakovich's Symphony No. 5, Movement IV.
Der Koeniggraetzer Marsch.
Dvorak's New World Symphony Movements I and IV.

Although I know nowhere to get it, honorable mention goes to the intro music to Total Annihilation. I always loved it and hated the fact that it wasn't included in the TA music tracks.

And if you don't mind embracing the music of fascists and communists this page has a lot of great militaristic music.

How about Orff's Carmina Burana? I'm surprised nobody's mentioned it yet. It's sort of a usual suspect for this sort of thing.

Also, Grieg's Hall of the Mountain King is pretty good. And the later bits of Saint-Saens's Danse Macabre are good too. (Actually, Danse Macabre isn't thematically perfect - it's not quite heavy enough, too dancelike - but it's just a great song.)
Should any political party attempt to abolish social security, unemployment insurance, and eliminate labor laws and farm programs, you would not hear of that party again in our political history. There is a tiny splinter group, of course, that believes you can do these things... their number is negligible and they are stupid. --Dwight D. Eisenhower

Liszt's two symphonic poems No. 3, "Les Preludes," and No. 6, "Mazeppa."

Moments of No. 3 have the best victory music ever, notably this part (minus Gene Wilder's voice), but No. 6 is more consistently intense, which is what I think you're looking for, as in representing a high-pitched battle.

The theme to Dune is pretty cool too.

As long as we've brought the Iron Guard Legion of the Archangel Michael of Rumania into things, it's time to riposte with the Hungarian Zengjuk-a-Dalt. Since I for some reason cannot make the link dress, just google it. It's more than worth it.

Hah! Awesome! I have another version of it on my other computer. When I get around to it, I'll post a link to it. I believe I found it on this site.

EDIT: Yep, here it is. "White Army, Black Baron."

But here's the undressed link I think you're referring to:
