Um-there is no start bar in that screencap, all there is is the start button. Which, regardless of what iteration of the OS Rob uses, looks like that. Well excepting pre-95 versions of course.

This rig is running Win2kSP4. The problem might be because I'm on a roaming profile.

Anyway, mine: Current desktop since I'm at home. I haven't found something better to replace it yet since all my good desktops are on another computer which I don't have access to right now. Looks alot like my older dog, but isn't.
Apartment desktop (Not Work Safe!) I just like it because of it comes into focus when I turn on my moniter after a rough day of university. Try it, look at the desktop, turn off your monitor, wait like ten seconds and turn it back on. It's very nice.
