I still have a hard time picturing Edge being genuinely caring in any capacity, but this does help a bit.

Speaking of Verdigris, have ever drawn her in her "aggravated", metamorphing state? I seem to recall a sketch, but I can't find it.

No, I remember there being a different one. A full-body shot, showing the outgrowth of bone-spurs at her various joints. Perhaps it was just "normal" Verdigris.
