Since WINE.

About the Necro - I didn't think I should start a new thread when there was a perfectly good one down just a page or two.

MS released a Zune theme.
I changed the wallpaper that came with it, but I like the earth toned skin.

This is my Linux desktop (1440x900, because I have a widescreen display). I just switched to a snapshot I took last weekend. I used to have a really old family portrait in there, but this is better. It's higher-resolution than the version I posted in the other thread so you can see lines around the eyes and other signs that she's not a 20 year old any more, but I still like the shot.

My Windows desktop is a lot more generic: it's the "Time for you to leave" Republic clonetrooper screenshot that I use as a banning pic here, but without the caption. My kids use the computer in Windows, but nobody logs into my Linux account but me.

Space.com was doing a wallpaper run, and I snagged a few.

Google Photos isn't being nice to me, and/or I don't know how to work the forum's img tags. Could a mod help? The embed code is:

Code: Select all

Dave - I'm not a mod, but is this what you wanted?

Oh and I've finally DLed the Zune theme, and picked a new Wallpaper to go with it on my parent's machine:

I also keep the following on hand if I want a change in mood: Miriam Gonzalez and Lord Nibbler

After spotting this on the BBC website, I couldn't resist.

According to wikipedia, "the Mohorovičić discontinuity is the boundary between the Earth's crust and the mantle."
According to Starbound, it's a problem solvable with enough combat drugs to turn you into the Incredible Hulk.
