Some days I think Youtube is one of the best inventions ever, today is one of those days.

So anyways a batch of albums from my favourite singer chicks came out recently and I feel like sharing the goodness. First there's Sarah Slean, she's Canadian which means there's probably only couple people on this board other than myself who know of her. She's cute and gives great live concerts, so here's a couple samples of her music thanks to the joys of Youtube. Music videos to Sweet Ones and Lucky Me. Did I mention that she's cute and I hugged her once?

Chantal Kreviazuk is somewhat better known thanks to her version of "Leaving on a Jet Plane" which was on some movie soundtrack, and she did some music for a TV show whose name I can't remember. This is Before You video, the song got stuck in my head for a year, it's catchy & addictive. She's also pretty cute, I got to hug her too.

So, who are your fave piano chicks? And see if you can use the joys of Youtube to hookup some videos & music.

I don't listen to piano chicks, unless you count Kate Rusby as one (I'm pretty sure she plays piano as well as several other instruments. She's a folk singer from England, but this is her duet with some Irish dude.

It also pains me to say it, but that Chantilly girl is actually a pretty good singer... for a flappy-headed Canuck. I'm not swooning over her hotness like you (and others) do, but she's pretty cute.

Seeing as how I didn't know any piano chicks before, Sarah Slean is now technically my favourite one. I like that 'Sweet Ones' video. Also, try watching the Before You video at 2:01 while imagining somebody suddenly stuck a dildo up her ass.

Does Sarah McLaughlin count? I forget if she plays piano or not (I think she does).

Got to go with the hometown favourite. This, despite the fact that she attended the rival high school.

Not unless you mean Sarah McLachlan. Yes she plays piano and yes she definitely counts! :P

Not to worry! Though I have seen quite a few people spell the name that way... I guess "McLaughlin" is pronounced the same way? I really have no idea.

That it is. Or at least close enough. McLaughlin has a little more of a guttural sound. And McLachlan isn't in the firefox dictionary.

The only famous "McLaughlin" I know is this:

And he's not quite what we're looking for here. :P

Anyway, Diana Krall is another singer who plays piano. I like some of her stuff.

And a McLachlan video with Carlos Santana, for fun.
