Flight Body: Anodized Aluminum
Obturator Flange: Polytetrafluoroethylene, aka Teflon
Light Source: Tritium Gas, Phosphor Coating, Borosilicate Glass (including buffers)
Fiber Optic: Transparent Polyethylene fiber bundle.

My question is why you really need a tracer when it moves slowly enough to track by eye. Unless you're hunting at night... which is strange when using any weapon.

Dart recovery, for the most part. These are good hunting/sport darts that don't come very cheap

And hunting at night isn't strange at all. There's also rat hunting as well.

Blowgun Dart, Calibre 10mm, Improved Mod 1

Increased fin area; added mass to lower-massed tips and modifications to others; designed two new tips. Also improved the teflon obturator for greater sealing effect.

EDIT: fixed up some shading to bring out the fin detail.

EDIT the Second: Modified the two barb needles for better sticking ability. Incidentally, dart's ability to be used with poison is likely enhanced as well.
