I'm trying to translate (since I couldn't find any site anywhere) these German lyrics into English. It's for a friend of mine, but it's been so long since my last German class I'm afraid I'm butchering this waaaaay too much. Any help?

Well, thanks for the effort. It makes moderately more sense than the one I came up with. Hopefully that's about what it means. Supposed to be some love related song, anyway.

Hum my german wife that teaches emglish at the university of Wuerzburg agrees . Granted there are a few spots that didn't translate well, mainly do to syntax or something. I absolutly no idea what she ment. Languages and I have a restraining order against each other.
