This is for a star trek RPG I'm a part of:

Hugo Class (Sister Ship is the Fantine, and the previous ships were the Eponine and the Azelma)
Modified from the Bulldog Class by Einhander

Complement: 5 officers + 60 crew (Can be run by one in theory, and 5 in practice)
Speed: Warp 9 (cruise), Warp 9.5 (max.), Warp 9.95 (max. emergency)
Armament: 4 Type 8 phaser strips
Defense: Standard shields, limited ablative armor on strategic areas, Stealth hull coating

Deck 2: Computer Core, Guest Quarters, Meeting areas, Main Sensor Array
Deck 3: Computer Core, Officers Quarters, Transporter Rooms 1 & 2, Sick Bay, Impulse engines
Deck 4: Computer Core, Areo-Craft dock, Laboratory Spaces, Crew Quarters, Recreational facilities, Impulse engines, Forward Phasers

The ship isn't Starfleet, but is run by the Federation Diplomatic Corps (I'm the Diplomat in the RPG.)

Very good. I recommend you retain a torpedo tube for use as a probe launcher.

The device below the aft phaser strip is the primary tractor beam emitter.

I didn't know Ein did Starship Art in addition to 'pathetic bullets'. :P
