Watchmen "Crazy" Fan Vid on Youtube

The first time I saw this I thought it was decent but not exactly major league compared to some other Watchmen-related fan efforts, but the more I watch it the more it seems to me like the creator put a lot of thought into each shot used and its context, and managed to keep the focus tight rather than summarize the whole book. Plus the song itself fits that one thematic arc in the story so well it almost seems written for it, and its style is funky but just a tiny bit screwy enough that I can imagine it playing in a seedy Alt-80's bar. Or I could be reading way too much into it and should just read Watchmen again. Opinions?
