What are your favourite E.L.O songs?

Currently my main favourites are The Battle of Marston Moor, Mr Blue Sky and All Over The World is also a very strong contender.

If some people here do not know the awesomeness of the Electric Light Orchestra, I suggest they go get an education, or something

My first real favourite band. Haven't listened to them for ages (except for the rather marvellous use of Mr Blue Sky and Don't Bring Me Down on Doctor Who recently) mainly because I never got round to replacing my ELO vinyl collection (all the albums up to Secret Messages).

Favourite tracks? Mr Blue Sky has to be up there, Wld West Hero from the same album, Can't Get it Out Of My Head, Eldorado, Living Thing. Could go on for ages. Their storming versions of Roll Over Beethoven and In the Hall of the Mountain King deserve mention too.
What is WRONG with you people

Evil Woman

I'd also say Fire on High but I'm not entirely sure that it counts as a song, I consider it an instrumental.

I loved ELO growing up, although I don't listen to them as much as I used to. I always got a chuckle out of nobody being able to remember Jeff Lynne as a member of the Traveling Wilburys , only remembering their "more famous" members. Truly a unique band, I have believed for years that Dave Matthews borrowed a few pages from ELO's book.

I've been in love with Mr Blue Sky ever since I first saw Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. Four Little Diamonds is cute too.
