If you have any pics of your pets, post them!

This is my cat. She was homeless when I found her, but I think she's settled well into human life.

Is that a dog or an aardvark?

Cool. He could eat ants and get the morning newspaper.

Like all guinea pigs, this one wore a hat.

Do the pets have to be alive to count? (Our first dog got shot by a neighbour, second got adopted by neighbours, and our birds killed and starved each other via pecking out of the eyes).

Apparently not, as the person above you just posted its late dog...

Should I go ahead and post pics of my dog again? Or can everyone find her already?

Screw it, I'm posting several when I get home. :P

I don't see why they would have to be alive. That guinea pig with the hat died a few months ago.

Maple (Milo in Background)

I'll buck the trend here, they're both still alive.

My Guinea Pig Butterscotch aka Scotch. I got him from PetSmart because he was the runt and they thought he was gonna die, so I got him discounted, and never had any major health problems with him.

Image

Flurry - My mom's boss gave her to me after finding her born out of season and freezing in the snow. When we got her she was half dead, but a few antibiotics and some TLC pulled her around and she's awesome.

Image

Dusty - My grandma got him at the SPCA, he's currently missing and I've been searching all local vet centers and animal shelters with no luck yet. -crosses fingers- he's about 16-17 years old too... so I'm worried about him.

Image

Chewy - My chinchilla. He came to PetSmart on a shipment of other little guys and was found to have been attacked by a cat and much older therefore making him unsellable. So when no one else stepped up, we took him in.

Image

*Edit - I have a Beta too, that's blue with red tipped fins, but he's kindof hard to take pictures of. I named him Bubbles, due to the fact that he's always producing them at the top of his bowl.

Here is Joey. His favorite thing to eat is a bite of what I'm having.

Ah the expertise of the corporate pet trade. You would THINK the average 17 year old pet stocker would know more...

Where's that guinea pig's hat?

Actually it was the managers and the vet that agreed. He was really tiny when I got him, but I over feed him, make sure he gets a ton of vitamin C, and I spoil him rotten.

The cat:

I don't know what his name's supposed to be, he just wandered in one day and never left - no collar, no chip, no nothing. He's very skittish and panicky, but at least he doesn't scratch stuff up and he's housebroken. Hey, a free pet, who'd say no to that...

You have a cat with no name? How bizarre :) Does it walk through deserts, by any chance?

He responds to "poes", but that's just Dutch for "cat".
