As you can see, there wasn't much snow. However, we had plenty of beer... But not enough to make boarding on lava feel like snow.

Sweet, I recognize the shack behind the picture of you. It's like a string of gift shops, right? I got a Sicilian flag at one of them.

It looks just like it did April before last. A bit more snow then, though.

I think I asked you something in your last thread about Etna, the eruption pictures. I don't think you replied :)

The shops were arranged in two rows, just set up on the mountain. Pretty gnarly, I've wondered how they keep them open when it really snows. I guess it would be some serious snow tunneling action!

We had much more snow when we drove further up, but yeah, April was definitely better for boarding.
