Avatars - Age of Wonders Hero Portraits

I posted the first part of my Age of Wonders avatar project back in September 2006 in this thread and now I've finally got it completed. The other half of the project, the contents of this thread, included the hero portraits found in the game.

I decided to take some shortcuts or this would never have been done, so the new avatars are portrait-like in dimension, with no extra fiddling or adding things and consequently they are only 80x100 in size instead of 100x100 like the other set.

I hope you guys give me feedback on them.

Without further ado, here are the results:

Lizardmen, Frostlings & Azracs

Wonderful. Did you actually paint them yourself?

Thanks. No, didn't paint them. These are from the old strategy game Age of Wonders as it says in the title and the OP. Most of them were painted by Lennart Sas and the other art guy at Triumph Studios.

That's strange, Tev. I have no problem seeing them from multiple machines and the folder permissions should allow reading them (they default to r-x). I just got to work, so I can't check these before I get home.

Are you sure you don't have any browser settings screwed up, such as allowing only images from the originating server of the page you're viewing (i.e. SDnet)? Did you try to view this page with a different browser? Or does your ISP for some reason block material from mine (welho.com)?

Edi, considering all the problems Nitram and I have been having just to get AIM to work, who fuckin' knows why I can't see all of them

Even now, I see maybe 3 out of every line.

Okay, an incompetent ISP. Be a little more work on your part to see them all then, but go here. That's the hosting directory and has no index or anything else, just the files. Sorry to hear about the net problems. :(
