I've been sent this picture of White Mage from Mario 3on3 Basketball. I love it, but it's too big for an avatar. I'm also useless with any kind of pixelated artsie stuff. Can someone help me turn the picture into an Avatar please?

Hey, I just realized! Your av's outfit is pretty similar to the white mage!
