To say the place is awesome is an understatement.
When I went a few years ago, they had Spaceship One under wraps for an unveiling.

Sweet Jebus, they have a stunningly-beautiful P-61, which immediately caught my eye in your pics. That's a rare bird. I had no idea it was on display. There's one under restoration about an hour north of me.
Anyway, great pics. I bookmarked the link and fully intend to peruse the photos in detail.

Oh, I was there. It's probably the best space museum ever.

Yeah, I was there last April before I headed back to Michigan for graduation.
It was awesome.
Should I post my own pics?

It's an awesome museum. I'm lucky to live so close to it.
(I already have tickets to see TDK in the IMAX there.)

I can't seem to inline it, but I like IMG_7136 - first photo in the linked set - for the colors. It's too bad you lost the bottom of the radiator, though.
Udvar-Hazy was the one place I desperately wanted to see but never managed to while I was in DC.

National Air and Space Museum Steven F.
Udvar-Hazy Center.
On the pics, my fave is that shot of the Enola Gay.
