The Amazing S.K.I.T.A. System! (TRT 9:14)

This is my TV production final project. I designed the set and the lighting plot, and I co-wrote the script for it. This was a tough production to do, but it was fun as hell and worth it.

This was shot on a 35' by 50' studio, and we were pretty much wall to wall with our set, as well as voice over, foley and 4 cameras, one of which was on a jib. It was an ambitious shoot, but we knew exactly what we wanted, and how to get it, and I think it worked out well.

It's very well put together, in my opinion. You pretty much nailed the camera work seen in infomercials, and the writing had me laughing in more than a few occasions. And surprisingly, the corny, ham-fisted actors had a bit of subtly. The underpinning of a failure evident in the S.K.I.T.A system's creator's reaction was hilarious to me.

I'd say the weakest part is the extended ending scene. I thought it was stretching itself for too long.

Nice sets, I really liked the way that was set up.

Clear dialogue, which is something rather rare in most simple productions. You get 10/10 on audio from this non english speaker.

Youtube quality kinda detracts from the commercial feeling, got a higher quality vid?

Totally awesome! I was thinking it would be something like Powerthirst! or crystal meth, but woah!

This made my day.

Man, I hope I'll be able to do something that awesome when I take TV Production next year. I really liked the pan behind the cameras; that really made the "infomercial" theme for me.

And the bit about having been developed for German soldiers was hilarious.
