Bush keeps a close eye on Iraq as North Korea makes a first strike.
[Sorry, I think I have to delete that for legal reasons. Threatening the US President is illegal and encouraging such things could get me shipped to Cuba if I ever set foot in US territory. --Enlightenment]

AFIAK the board is hosted in the US and most of the mods are (formally) American subjects.
Fundamental american laws on uniformity, social compliance and the rights of corporations to steal from the public, are enforced extraterritorially anyhow. It's much better to err on the side of caution and minimize the risk of the brownshirts rounding up board staff as 'enemy combatants.'
