Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't every single color scheme ever taken?

Anyway, as for the symbol, maybe the Imperial insignia?

Act of Q, Zablorg. There is probably a provision that Zor forgot to mention.

Hmm, Well, I was thinking Black with a red Trim. I was also thinking of having the Imperial Symbol as our Symbol in red as well.

Playing around with flash Space Marine Painter, something close to Storm Trooper armor looks fairly decent. Although I think we would end up with a wide variety of color schemes as everyone applies their own.

Can we go with the MilleniumFalcon (Black, Grey, Blue) colour scheme? That way we can get a style close to the Thousand Suns, who have the most wicked looking outfits of all.

I fiddled around with GW Space Marine painter and got this

This look about right with the MilleniumFalcon theme?

That colour scheme seems pretty good, for an insignia I would go for either a stardestroyer sillouhette or something that lines up with the name 'star destroyers' like a sword piercing a star.

Blue as the depths of the Sea, Blue as a turqoise saphire and blue like a summer sky.

Calm Marines! Zen Marine! Praise the God-Buddhassiah!

I might actually have to convert up a few Sd.net marines for a kill team from my bitz box. Who's interested in being depicted?

Aye, Kev suit me up, dual plasma pistols if possible.

Hey, if you're offering, I might just be down for that. The gear is less important to me than that you keep the mane intact.

How about the Imperial roundel?

Also, "Star Destroyers" is a great chapter name.

A sword piercing a star as a motif works rather well with my bitz box, plenty of left over bits of dark angel iconography in there. Those that want in post what sort of look and gear you want to go for and I'll see what I can manage with my spare parts.

Cool stuff, I did a few armies with the general style the other night in Dawn of War. Admittedly, I didn't stop at Space Marines, but it's still pretty cool. Anyone feel like making a logo for that for unit and army insignia?

Sure. If you've got any meltas around, that'd be great.

Dude, make one up as "Lord of the AWESOME". That'd be totally sweet, Keev...

Technically by my post count I don't think I'm entitled to ask for a special weapon, but I think taking five minutes to do up a point and click colour scheme should entitle me something dagnabbit! :P I think a flamer would be cool, although with this colour scheme it might be a little hard to get flamer ash to show up if you wanted to give it that little extra detail.

I'm actually working on the idea of fluff for The "Star Destroyers Chapter". Mind you I am going by my old 3rd edition rule book. No one to play with so haven't bothered updating)

Iron Hands Successor Chapter (I've also considered Ultrmarines or Imperial Fists)

Emphasis on heavy fire power.

Razorbacks (normally outfitted with plasma weapons) are preferred over rhinos.

Attack bikes are normally taken over normal bikes (keeping with the blow the shit out of those bastards from a distance).

A higher than normal number of techmarines.

They hold a strong belief in the Emperor's statement that "When the last stone of the last temple falls on the last Priest mankind will achieve perfection". This has lead to the Chapter becoming like the Space Wolves borderline Excommunicatus Traitorus.

However the legion does have Chaplains that seem to be more like Zen Masters crossed with psychologist. Helping the legions to hold off the taint of Chaos and direct there thoughts as a whole to the Emperor and aiding him to fight in the Warp.

The legion as a whole prefers to keep there plasma weapons mounted as they believe the 1 in 6 chance of the weapon killing or injuring it's operator is unacceptable.

Battle plans tend to involve a bombardment followed by a slow advance of armoured units shielding or transporting infantry while Land Speeders (keeping with the overwhelming firepower doctrine the Tempest, Tornado and Typhoon are perfered), attack bikes fit the flanks as Dreadnoughts and terminators drop in the rear.

Assault marines tend to work with the normal landspeeders and attack bikes as a harassing force and hunt down fleeing enemy units.

The chapter is known to have a few warhound titans for larger conflicts and many land raider variants as well as five baneblades.

I dual wield chainswords, and on rolls of 1-5 I do damage to the nearest friendly as well.

Frying pan full of butter saut'ed tyranid and my own heavy flamer just so that I can cook, oh and a tabard that reads: "Fear the cook, for you taste like pork, and no one will ever know the difference"

Can someone depict me as a regular Space Marine with short dark blond hair and blue-grey eyes. I would probably just have a regular bolter. (Yeah I'm basically a Space Marine Grunt. :) )
