I have a pic that's less then 100x100 but it's 27 kb's can anyone tell me how to change it without screwing it up?

You just need to reduce the JPEG quality setting in Irfanview's output options dialog. Start at 75 and keep dropping the number until the resulting image is smaller than 6kb.LT.Hit-Man wrote:I ran it though Infraview and it still did not seem to work
