Well, it turns out that same people in this country celebrate Halloween, and I need to make a costume of "The Master" (from Dr.Who) a lot earlier than I had planned to.
Unfortunately, I lack a good source of images of him (Either the newest version with the awesome red/black cape, or one of the older incarnations if they had a typical style).
Can someone please upload a few good images, and any tips on making a costume with those elements (such as the cloak, etc')? I suck at costume making. (At worst, I'll just get a Harley-Davidson leather jacket from the closet and go as a biker-dentist, but that's not very geekish, is it? )

This (classic) version is nice, but A) A bit lacking in uniqueness, and I lack grey suits in the house. (That I don't mind bringing to a party )
