Do you think anyone would ever use this
as an avatar?

I won't, but you go right ahead.

Thanks
but it really was mainly intended as a to whether anyone is still that much of a VD fan to make him their avatar.
I'm not sure many people would go for Segal either.

Hey, speaking of avatars, I just got a new one!
Spent the past 15 minutes coloring it... a cookie to anyone who knows what it's from!

Hey, one of the Russian freaks from the latest Sluggy storyline.
What was your last one?

I wouldn't be suprised seeing someone from GALE wearing that.

*Gives Dalton a snickerdoodle.*
My old one was an Ed avatar I yanked from a banner ad... never did find the actual art.

Heard from the fighting ring:
"Your soul is MINE!"

True, he does seem to be part of the inspiration for Johnny Cage

Ooops, sorry I missed your question earlier Spanky.
My current avatar is the symbol of the Riders of Doom or Thulsa Doom's cult from
Conan the Barbarian. This particular version appears during the end credits.
I like it because of the movie and because it looks kind of like a creepy smiley face.
I also kind of like to stick with symbols as avatars most of the time. I thought this one might throw a few people since
Conan the Barbarian doesn't appear to be all that popular here.

I would, but it's not small enough.

Read the board FAQ (in the announcements forum) and be enlightened on how to reduce images to a size appropriate for use in an avatar.

I dig. But I found something even better.

For those of you who like discussing things at fundie boards here's a good avatar for you.
I like this one better but I can't quite shrink the file size down for this board
which is okay since I'm happy with what I've got but I figured someone else
might like to play with it.

I personally wish people wouldn't change avatars so often. It makes it difficult to keep track of things. I remember most people by the avatar first and name second. Should I ever change mine, it will only be to a different pic of the same loveable Tom Servo.

I'd like to assume people can at least remember mine.

Which one? The current one? You've had somewhere between 3 and 5.

Actually I wouldn't suppose it as a bad av to use.
