WWII-era color footage

Didn't know whether to put this in AMP or Off-topic, so I chanced it. This is a big Youtube collection of
old color footage from a variety sources related to WWII. Contain footage from both before, during and after the war. Thought it might interest more than a few on here.

Very nice find. I really like a lot of the videos (and I like the soundtrack the guy added)
this one is especially interesting because it displays both post occupation Paris and shows Algerian (I assume) soldiers in Paris, something the media and the army didn't want shown.

According to one of the comments,
this video shows German troops being escorted out of Italy by American troops, and yet, retain their weaponry? What kind of agreement could lead to that?
