A sampler- a pair of Su-33 FLANKER-Ds take off to defend the Motherland.

Lots of eye candy on this site.

The game does look amazing, I've been seeing screenshots and suchlike for some time now and it's certainly on my must-buy list if it gets a decent review score in the PC mags. He's right though, the only thing letting it down so far is the crummy engine exhaust effect.

Is that really the Kuznetsov! So in this game you can also play as part of the Russian Navy as well? This is definetely going to be on top of my "Games to Buy" list, right after the Rainbow Six: Raven Shield!

You could fly from the Admiral Kuznetsov in Flanker 2.0 as well- actually the Su-33/ Kuznetsov were included as a carry-over. The new planes are of course the F-15, MiG-29 (A and C), A-10 and Su-25, while the Su-27 also makes a return.

What class is the Kusnetsov, or whatever it's called?

She's the first ship of her class I think, although she has had a few name changes since she was first laid down.
