Crossroads goes to Phoenix Comicon (No 56k)

Which is interesting because up until a few weeks ago, I didn't know Phoenix HAD a Comicon.
There was quite a few people who showed up however andI was rather impressed by the turnout:
Stan Lee
George Taki
Wil Wheaton
Todd McFarlane
Bruce Boxleitner
And quite a few others...
Have quite a few photos and, if this Comicon taught me anything its I suck at taking photos from an iPhone.
View from the roof of the Hyatt Regency in Phoenix looking down at the Massive new convention center. You just can't get an idea for how MASSIVE this place is. It goes up three stories and DOWN two stories. there is a football field sized area a good 40ft below street level.
Outside of the center and first comic goers I see and... Whats this, could it be?
Why yes! Its the Boba-Fett Army! (You would not believe just how many Boba-Fetts show up)
View of the line to get in the convention floor itself. keep in mind this whole area is about 40ft below street level.
Once inisde I started looking for more Starwars stuff and... HEY LOOK! More Boba-Fetts!
A rack of unknown StarWars weaponry, which I am sure someone here can identify by sight ;P
There was a group of Droid makers there and a VERY professional R2
Actually there was about two or three R2's but this is far and away the best.
GONK! GONK!
Of all the various SW shops in the area, I marveled that, of ALL the toys put out, and ALL the starships...
Lucas NEVER seemed to put out a Toy ISD. Such a shame...
This couple was a please surprise, quite a few Steam-Punkers out and these two were the best in show.
The little gears on his arm actually moved on tiny motors.
This was amazing, bits lit up, and the Ms informed it was NOT a deathray, but in fact a Cooking Ray
Invaluable for help around the kitchen as seen by the egg-beater and salt dispenser.
Now this WAS a deathray in a shop with quite a few others.
BEHOLD!!! Steampunk Inspector Gadget!!!
Costume wise there were quite a few good ones... Some of the better ones I saw at the show...
SoulEater
Unknown, but awesome
Redskull
And of course the Captain!
Masterchief
Some brave servants of the Emperor
Joker and Harly Quinn
ITSA LINK!
Random Anime?
Finally there is this one which I think was the most obscure Character I saw at the show:
I don't think I've EVER seen a cosplayer dress up as this individual before... And I'll see who can name this person first
There was a bit of Dr. Who there as well,
This kid was Awesome, AND he has a Fez!
This one I feel bad about because its a crappy photo, but still awesome. I mean how many people do you know that dress up AS The TARDIS?
Never found out who this belonged to, but Tardis bike is awesome.
Some more costumes now of some of the ladies there:
Rei and some other Anime ladies.
Power girl and Poison Ivy
Blackwidow? I forget her name...
AHHH MOTHERLAND!!!!
Monarch Henchmen.. eh, Hench-Women!
NYAN NYAN NYAN NYAN NYAN!NYAN NYAN NYAN NYAN NYAN!
NYAN NYAN NYAN NYAN NYAN!NYAN NYAN NYAN NYAN NYAN!
After a bit of walking, took a break at my favorite part of the whole Comicon...
YAOI!!!
