That looks pretty damn good. How about "Manta"? That was the first thing that popped into my head when I saw it.

It reminds me of the Valkyrie Gunship from Warhammer 40K.

As for a name, what about...

Nightraven.

The name sounds ominous enough in its own right, and it fits the black/grey colour scheme well enough.
"Hi there, would you like to have a cookie?"

"No, actually I would HATE to have a cookie, you vapid waste of inedible flesh!"

The resemblence to a P38 brings this to mind.

Yes, I put it together yesterday, and it then only took me about half an hour to model it on the computer. Unfortunately, giving you an actual pic isn't really possible as I don't readily have a camera available.
