That looks pretty damn good. How about "Manta"? That was the first thing that popped into my head when I saw it.

It reminds me of the Valkyrie Gunship from Warhammer 40K.
As for a name, what about...
Nightraven.
The name sounds ominous enough in its own right, and it fits the black/grey colour scheme well enough.

Shrike,a nasty little bird that kills its prey via impaling it. Ideal name for a ground attack aircraft.

Yes, I put it together yesterday, and it then only took me about half an hour to model it on the computer.
