There is a lady who models and cosplays stormtrooper armor and she says that is the absolutely worst line to say ever.

Well Ali want's to negotiate with you about redoing some of the art for your main site. But he's made it pretty clear what he wants in return....

True, but that picture from the Con is not exactly artwork. It's just a picture he snapped at a Con.

Mike, if you're looking for live pictures of people in imperial uniforms, you might try the biggest of the Imperial costuming clubs at www.501st.com

There are a number of pictures there of members in all types of imperial uniform. Granted, they might not be what you're looking for, but there are indeed several pages of uniformed Imperial Officer types to sort through. Might help.

Personally, I don't think you should have to pay him at all. It'd be different if he was the one in the picture, but he's not: he just took it, and he didn't take it for a press agency. Therefor, I don't think you have to give him anything. All you need is his permission and nothing else.
