First is a url to a nice image of a biohazard placard:
http://www.adpc.purdue.edu/PhysFac/rem/ ... azsmal.gif
Second is a page with smaller, but still usable DOT placards that can be manipulated for your purpose:
http://www.amsprinting.com/hazmatdotlabels.html
(Several pages of placards to go through.)

Toxic is reserved for threads that once viewed they can not be unviewed (In short if it deserves a toxic, it probably wont remain in circulation)

Shep also gets some credit too, so I have only a couple more to do, and now to find someone who can do the fixing (so that I can host them at my webstie....)
