A Request

Anyone who has Cowboy Bebop DVDs, could you please make me a screencap of Spike's first appearance in Session 1? It's within the first ten seconds of the show, the camera pans in on a silhouette of Spike's face, shows him smoking a cigarette. I would do it myself, but I don't have a DVD player on my computer. Thanks a lot, to anyone who can help.

I would except I have no clue how to take a screen shot.

Just pause the video at the frame you want to capture, press the Print Screen button (instantly copies the screen to the clipboard), paste the screenshot as a new image into PSP (or Adobe, whatever you use), save it as either a .jpg, or a .png, and you'll have the shot.

Nevermind, I found something that might work. Unless you've already made it.

Um, that might not work given how most programs display video.

Oh. Worth a shot at least.

Dalton's right, actually. I think you need WinDVD or something like that to make screenshots.

If you disable hardware overlay, then print screen works on video.

PowerDVD comes with the screen cap picture function built in. You can even adjust it to take make the picture the size it is on your screen or the original aspect ratio, and a few others that I don't quite understand.
