Not Computers, but close: Digital Camera

Hey all, I'm looking to get a decent digital camera from the perspective of knowing sod-all about it, I'm looking to spend a maximum of 150 quid/ 200 dollars on the camera, and it will need to be from an online place. Basically I'm looking for the best quality photos I can get, I'm less fussed about memory, as I dont take that many pictures at the best of times.

Any help is appreciated, US buyers only, however. :)

I bought myself a nice 5M pixel camera that is way more complex than what I need but I figure that it will not be the camera that limits me :)
