I was fooling around with Paintshop over the weekend and I came up with my first work of "art". A possible cover for Starcrossed. Feel free to tear it apart, I am immune to criticism since I know it sucks.

Pretty good composition, though. I can picture it as an actual image fairly easily.

Ideally I would have liked to have gotten rid of Han and added some starhips and stardestroyers but I would probably do a ship only cover.

Strav, this is what you called a piece of crap? I like it. My only complaint is the blurriness of Mitchell's picture, and I guess that can't be helped. I love the Darth Nemesis part of it. Bravo.

Maybe you could run a competition or something, just for shits and giggles, design-a-starcrossed-cover...

Thanks but no thanks. I'm an MSPaint G0d who specializes in starships and weapons, not a Photosh0p G0d who does book covers. Shep might help you tho

Very, very nice. Only one question; have you thought of moving the
Emperor from the bottom right (where he is in a bright cloud), to the top
left, where it is dark? Just to stop his dark cloack contrasting too much
with the background?

I don't know, that part just doesn't look 'right'.

Having said that, very, very nice image man! One great pic.
