Human Fighter and bomber designs for "Dragons: The Runner"

I know they are pretty simple, but they are meant only for fast moving wide shots. Obviously they still need texturing.

Thoughts?

And now they have textures. Joy.

At some point I will add little pilot figures within the cockpit, just something prerendered on a couple planes.

More work on the texture and added a simple cockpit interior. Pretty much done now...

Well, being underarmed is the least of the Human Race's problems, by the looks of things... :D

What modeling software do you use?

These Human ships I modeled in Rhino using primarily lofting and extrusion.

The Dragons ships are modeled wit subD surfaces in Maya.

Christ, these guys are more heavily armed then a 10 year-olds lego warship!

Well, maybe not that bad, but as someone said before, being underarmed is definately not a worry for those bombers...

Very sweet looking pictures though.
