Ok, i just made one in paint shop pro, how do i save it so it keeps the transparency?

Save as web, gif, set transparancy.

That's how it's done in Photoshop, anyways.

Depending on which version of PSP you have (I use 7.01), Save As (Either PNG or GIF)>Options>Run Optimizer>Transparency>Use Existing. At the very least, you select Options after choosing a format in the Save As window.
