Most likely he just summoned/cheated/gave himself a lot of guns and dropped them one after another onto the floor.

The only other way would be to have a lot of people in one server, have them all buy their guns, then have them drop them all on the floor.

The second is harder to do than the first since often times some jerk thinks he's funny when he takes his gun and starts spraying everyone else. Everyone else stops dropping guns and suddenly you have something resembling USA and Russia lobbing nukes at each other and the whole plane is ruined.
