Well, you're legally allowed to drive tanks on british roads...I presume it's a private one that some guy thought it would be funny to paint pink.

I think i should track it down with a sandblaster and peel all that paint off.

Thanks to the Navy I always notice when people don't use primer before painting, especially when painting metal. Stay in a little bit longer and you'll be notice that they didn't prep the metal by grinding, sanding or needle gunning anything. The bastards.

As for the color itself. I believe "pinko" is the term.

I'm surprise no one in all these decades decided to refurbish the vehicle and drive around town in it.

You can do the same on US roads, and those of a number of other countries, though there are generally weight limits, which rule out most modern tanks.
