My cat's been missing since saturday, and i'm pretty depressed and think he might've died. Anyway, here are several pics of him, posted...well cos it makes me feel slightly better.

Don't give up so soon. When I was nine years old, our cat went missing for two whole weeks until he eventually returned from his trip. He certainly had lost some weight and slept in the sauna for several days without moving an inch, but was otherwise ok.

As much as I don't really like cats, I have to admit, that last pic is pretty cute. I hope your cat comes back soon.

It will as soon as it gets hungry.

You're not human.

Rye, don't give up. A few days disappearance means notihng for an individual as independent as a cat.
I can't match Oberleutnat's two weeks but when I was a kid we had a tomcat who would disappear for several days on a semi-regular basis when he got bored, always returning fat, healthy, and happy (if bearing a few more tears in his ears then before).

Take the emoting/TGOD crap elsewhere.

Rye, hope your cat returns safe, if that does anything for ya.

I hope your cat is okay.

I had a cat dissappear for a week then she showed up at the house with a crippled leg from being run over. Somehow she dragged herself back. We fixed her up and she lived for another 4-5 years before dissappering again. This time for good. :-(

But her daughter disappeard for twe weeks one time. She came back. She got caught in somones garage a block or two away.

That's what i'm gonna check out today, neighbours garages, after that, animal shelters, that's all i can think of for now. I think the garages is a good idea as it's been raining alot recentlyand he's an indoor cat really.
