Hello all,
I posted links to a scifi-meshes.com thread a while back, but now I have some hosting space for the star wars cgi stuff I've been doing now ... I have a rump website up for anyone who wants to see it - it's only a draft, and only the ISD/SSD links work so far.

Some direct links for the impatient ones

Excelent. Will you be doing more? I'd love to see some meshes of Mon Cal Cruisers, they are greatly over looked in sci-fi art IMHO.

very nice looking indeed. Are they available as 3D models too?
Let us know when you do some more.
BTW: the direct links in your post to ISD2 and ISD are wrong. You forgot to put a dot before jpg extension.

Yes, those are temporary renders of the models I made. The SSD is already available at SCIF3D:

The ISD is currently being textured and cleaned up for release and conversion to other formats; currently it is in max6.

That's pretty damn good, and I like some of the more interpretive bits, but it seems just a little squished vertically, know what I mean?

The bridge is a little flatter in this shot, but I was working off a lot of different references, maybe that has to do with it; might be a camera angle issue

Check out the width vs height of the side of the command superstructure. Definitely something fishy there.

That's actually an ISD Mk 2, not a straight ISD. Whether you want it to be Imperator or Imperial is up to you, however.

I could swear someone's posted an Imperator mesh this detailed here before...

Damn, that's one sweet Star Destroyer!! Are you going to put it up for download? If so, I'm sure a lot of people on here wouldn't mind anal for it
